We understand that, sometimes, unexpected changes occur. It happens to everyone, us included! Our cancellation policy is as flexible as it can be, and is based on the needs and limitations of some of the providers that make our experiences special. Because these needs and limitations largely vary from one tour to another, it’s necessary that your review the cancellation policy specific to the experience that you are booking. This information can be found directly in the tour page. That being said, please note that no refund whatsoever will be provided for any tour or experience cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time. In case of a refund, we will withhold card processing fees which vary between 3% and 7%, depending on the card issuer, as well as the card’s country and currency.

Please note that these conditions only apply for bookings made directly through exquisitoperu.com or via email through members of our team who will be using an email address with the exquisitoperu.com domain. Bookings made through our distributors and/or other domain names are subject to their own cancellation policies. If no cancellation policy is specified by our distributors, the cancellation policy above-mentioned applies.
