Any refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the card used for payment. In most cases though, please note that refunds are processed and effective much faster than that (5 days on average).
In case of a refund, we will withhold card processing fees which vary between 3% and 7%, depending on the card issuer, as well as the card’s country and currency.
Force Majeure Events
In the event of force majeure, which includes but is not limited to acts of God (such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, surges, bad weather, fires, or other natural disasters), war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, government orders, regulations, embargoes, quarantines, pandemics, epidemics, travel restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control that make performance impossible or illegal, no refund will be provided. Bookings affected by such events are non-refundable, though we may offer alternative dates, credits, or vouchers at our discretion where possible.
