This tour is a must! In 4 hours, we discovered in detail the largest market in Lima (a change of scenery guaranteed!), the historical centre and the Barrio Chino! In addition, we tasted many typical dishes and learned a lot about the different cultures that have influenced it! I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get off the tourist trails while feeling super safe, and visit the centre of Lima from a new perspective! Thank you to our super Peruvian guide Nathaly who has been able to share with us her love for Peru, its history and its gastronomy!
Our tour was great!! We wandered around the Central Market and were amazed by all the exotic fruits and vegetables, as well as by the presentation of the meat! We learned a lot about the influences of Chinese and Afro cultures on Peruvian culture. There was so many food, all was delicious and typical. Take good shoes and do not hesitate a second when booking this tour, you will not be disappointed! I especially enjoyed the coca leaf or quinoa beers at the end of the tour!
